I believe that each of the staff members should be positive role models and respect their children regarding their culture and individual learning needs. We encourage positive social and emotional development and teach children ways to facilitate conflict solution. It is dedication and time in learning to organize an effective study plan. Development appropriate practice is designed to promote young children's optimal learning and development. As an Early childhood educator and Administrator must be deadline driven and possess a high level of organization , enhance and development in learning, planning a curriculum to achieve important goals, assessing children's development and learning. Creating a care plan document that is used and altered constantly thought-out the day. You will be expected to used skills that elevate administrator career. It is important to be successful and for children to develop in different areas. I really enjoy what I do and every day I learn more, and feel very committed to improve myself as an Early childhood Educator and Administrator to give the best of myself and my knowledge. This is what I value about children to provide a nurturing environment where they can play while their parents are working, help children find a way to learn, encourage them to take on a challenge, teach them love and be generous with your affection. It is important to be successful and for children to develop in different cognitive, physical, social and emotional areas, help children to learn right from wrong with calm words and actions, set limits.

My goal as An Early childhood educator and Administrator is to direct, control and supervise the organization to facilitate its success, and ensure the flow of communication and efficient resources used of the organization.

For families are to provide resources and achieve all their personal goals, to maintain a home of which they are proud to have their children in my facility and under my care. To develop strong, good self-concepts, which will hold well onto their school years, be happy with their ideas and new friends, develop self-control, become aware of other's feeling's, cope with stressful situations, develop physical skills.
