Lilac City Early Learning Center is a licensed childcare and preschool facility located in Northeast Spokane,1020 E Cozza Drive Spokane, WA 99208 . We provide services for children ages 4 weeks to 6 years. We are open 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
