About us
Please review the "Application" inside the documents section to determine if you are eligible for the ECEAP program. If you are eligible, please reach out to book a tour and learn more about our services. Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is Washington’s pre-kindergarten program that prepares 3- and 4-year-old children from families furthest from opportunity for success in school and life. ECEAP focuses on the well-being of the whole child by providing in-depth nutrition, health, education, and family support services. Children with IEPs are automatically eligible for ECEAP and will receive services part-day through Spokane Public Schools. School is free to qualifying families (income eligible). The school year started on 8/28/23 and will end 6/13/24 The program is overseen by The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF).
