Unlike tour guides at other centers, the one at this one (Andrea?) was very friendly, compassionate , and not jaded. All the staff I interacted with genuinely felt like they enjoyed their jobs. Rooms were very clean, but there was some disorder in the hallways because they’re expanding. Really big and well equipped outdoor playground.
