Since the founding in 2015, as a small-scale, top-quality, bilingual early childhood education program, Montessori Plus International (MPI) has served over a hundred families in Missoula. Currently MPI is a state licensed, STAR 4 Early Childhood Education Center with assessment scores way surpassing the requirement for STAR 5, the highest level in the quality rating system. (We chose to stay at STAR 4 because we decided that, instead of going through the national accreditation process - an extra step required by STAR 5, we’d rather focus our limited time and energy on supporting current students, staff, and families in our school community). We are excited to expand our service to Missoula Child Care Advantage (MCCA) Cold Springs pilot site to work with more local families with young children. MPI - Cold Springs is projected to open in March 2024. We could start with a soft launch in mid-march; full operation can start around 3/25 - 4/1, depending on family needs/input.
