There was one caretaker and she was not expecting me. Was let me in only to see the kids being neglected while she handled an insurance claim. Both kids and I waited until I decided I've seen enough and no longer wanted the tour. The house is a mess with stuff everywhere. Kids area did look clean.

Overall it was a great experience both with booking the tour online and then with the tour itself. I really liked the reminder email and text as that was very helpful.
