About us
Location
2548 Eucalyptus Ave, Long Beach, CA 90806
Little Luna and Eagle Eco-School is perched upstairs in what we call the "tree house" of a spacious two unit building in the Wrigley area of Long Beach.

Our care environment is crafted so that children may explore various activities based on their interests. Some of our favorite areas include a makerspace for tinkering, engineering, drawing & painting, dramatic play area (for social and emotional development), and light exploration area (sparks children's creativity and investigation).

Housed in the art and science area is our guinea pig habitat. Children will learn to care for one of nature's smallest furry creatures by occasionally adding hay to habitat or feeding one of the boars, Miles, a carrot.

Nature is at at the heart of Little Luna and Eagle Eco-school. Weather providing, children will have outdoor time everyday in my yard. Children will have the opportunity to distinguish bird calls, bird watch, to observe how crayons melt in the sun (solar energy), to play in sand, make mud pies, or sit under the orange tree to rest or engage in their own world.

We want to provide an environment that nurtures the wonder of each child, and supports their human development.
