Located at 1400 6th Street in Alameda (between Central and Taylor Avenue), our West end campus serves both The Child Unique Montessori School Toddler and Primary students (including Transitional Kindergarten & Kindergarten) and The Montessori Elementary Intermediate School of Alameda (MEISA) 1st through 6th grade students. This lovely campus includes an enclosed play area with 2 play structures upon a soft turf mat, an optional outdoor eating-area with new wood picnic tables, 4 spacious light-filled classrooms, a large auditorium and stage and a separate office, area all within the historic St. Barnabas campus. All classrooms are carpeted.

Located at 2212 Pacific Avenue in Alameda (just four blocks from the Encinal school), our 18 month old to 5 year olds (toddler through kindergarten) enjoy school at a relaxed pace in a renovated Craftsman. The main classroom has a walnut natural wood interior; all classrooms are carpeted for a home-like atmosphere. There is a redwood deck and a newly renovated playground and children’s garden.

Located at 2226 Encinal Avenue in Alameda, our 3–7 year olds (preschool through 1st grade) enjoy school in a beautifully remodeled Victorian. The main classrooms have hardwood floor and radiant floor heating. Classrooms are spacious and light-filled. We have an expansive playground and outdoor eating area.
